Does the Free contractor plan stay free?+
Yes. Contractor Free has no time limit. You get a company profile, employee roster (up to 10) and document vault, and you'll show as compliant whenever a consultant adds your company to a project safety file. You upgrade when you need to generate or share your own safety files.
How does the 7-day consultant trial work?+
Choose Pro or Business and you get the full workspace for 7 days — no card needed up front. You can explore everything, set up clients, and build files in draft. Add a card from Settings → Billing when you're ready to generate or share safety files and compliance docs, or to keep the workspace past day 7.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing month. Nothing in the platform is locked to a tier you can't change.
Is there annual billing?+
Yes — switch the toggle to Annual and save 15% versus paying monthly. Annual is charged upfront and renews yearly.
Are prices VAT inclusive?+
Prices shown exclude VAT. Invoices are issued in ZAR with VAT added at the standard South African rate where applicable.
